Coming this month to Netflix is a new Christian Bale movie, The Pale Blue Eye. It’s an original Netflix mystery thriller that is set in 1830. Bale plays detective Augustus Landor, who was hired to investigate a series of nasty murders at West Point. Landor is accompanied by a young cadet (Henry Melling), who later achieves fame as the author Edgar Allan Poe. The Pale Blue Eye is set to debut on Netflix on January 6. Also coming to Netflix in January (on January 1, to be exact), is a new series called Kaleidoscope. This is a new heist series, that Netflix says is very unique. According to Netflix, viewers will be able to watch episodes in any order.
