He did not mention the price tag for the phone, but it says it’s “good”. So, it seems like OnePlus will want to keep the phone as competitive as possible. The tipster also noted that teasers will start coming out really soon, as the Apple event is behind us.

Two possible OnePlus 10 Pro global launch dates tipped

As most of you know by now, the OnePlus 10 Pro launched in China in January. OnePlus decided to host a global launch event a couple of months after that, for whatever reason. That was not the case for previous launches. The OnePlus 10 did not arrive alongside the OnePlus 10 Pro, and it seems like it won’t be coming during the global launch either. It is possible OnePlus decided not to launch that phone at all, but we’ll see. The OnePlus 10 Pro is an open book at this point. The device looks like the OnePlus 9 Pro with a completely different camera island on the back. OnePlus took a page from Samsung’s book in that regard. This camera island protrudes from the phone’s frame. Some people seem to love this design, while others are not really happy with it. That is the case with every design, pretty much, so there you go. The global model will look the same, though, for the most part. The US variant will include a microphone in the middle of the rear camera island, we’re not sure about the European model. That will be the only difference between variants, though, aside from software, of course.

The device features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, 12GB of RAM & more

The OnePlus 10 Pro will feature a 6.7-inch QHD+ (3216 x 1440) LTPO 2.0 AMOLED display. That panel is curved, while the phone is fueled by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. Both 8GB and 12GB RAM variants have been launched in China, with several storage options. We’ll get something similar globally as well. Hasselblad partnership is still on the table, and the OnePlus 10 Pro features 48, 8, and 50-megapixel cameras on the back. An in-display fingerprint scanner is also present here, and the same goes for stereo speakers. If you’d like to know more about the device, click here to check out its specs.
