This isn’t the first time Samsung has added official support pages for its long-rumored affordable Galaxy flagship. These pages first went live on the company’s websites in the above-mentioned countries a few months back. However, the Korean giant removed them all last month, suggesting that the Galaxy S21 FE will never see the light of day. But it appears Samsung has now changed its mind. Perhaps it’s now getting closer to the launch of the phone....

As of this writing, the September SMR (Security Maintenance Release) is available to the Galaxy S21 trio on T-Mobile and Sprint networks. The updated firmware version for the phones is G99*USQS5CVHC, SamMobile reports. The rollout should soon cover unlocked units on other networks before expanding to carrier-locked ones. Samsung has already released the latest security update for its 2021 flagships in most international markets. Perhaps the Galaxy S21 series was the first to get the September SMR....

The Galaxy S22+ & S22 Ultra battery capacities revealed by certification authority The Samsung EB-BS906ABY and EB-BS908ABY batteries have surfaced on the site. The first one belongs to the S22+, and the second one to the S22 Ultra, reports MyFixGuide. The maximum violated or both is 4.45V. That is all the information that was shared by the 3C authority, unfortunately. At the moment, we don’t know how fast will these batteries charge, nor anything of the sort....

The Korean firm has confirmed to The Verge that replacing the foldable display on the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will cost $479. The Flip 3’s inner display costs $369. That’s down from $549 and $499 the company charged for screen replacement for the Fold 2 and the original Flip, respectively. But it’s still quite costly compared to conventional smartphones. It’s not new for Samsung to sell new devices in exclusive colors from its store.
